Professor Ding Yibing, vice president ofSchool of Economicsof Jilin University, presided over the opening session of the exchange meeting. Professor Li Xiao, vice president of the world economic society of China and Dean of theSchool of Economicsof Jilin University, delivered a speech to express his sincere thanks to the editors in chief of international journals and relevant responsible persons who participated in the exchange meeting, and extend a warm welcome to teachers and students from domestic universities. Mr. Jiang Feng, the head of the International Research Association of multinational corporations, presided over the expert lecture session. First of all, Du Julan, editor in chief of Asian Economic Journal and associate professor of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, combined with his many years of review experience, shared his experience in publishing international journal papers, and explained the notes of paper writing in combination with his working papers. Then, Ding Wendy, the Asia Pacific head of Taylor Francis publishing group, introduced the new trends of open research in the publishing industry in recent years, and encouraged researchers to actively use open research tools to share and exchange academic work. Next, Mr. Feng Xiaoming, executive editor in chief of China and world economy, introduced the history and characteristics of the journal, and put forward several points for attention in the contribution, and explained the scope of the journal topics. Zhang Zhinan, director of the editorial department, gave a detailed explanation on the journal contribution system of China and world economy and the writing standard of international journal papers.
Zhang Zhinan presided over the exchange of experience in publishing international journals. Yu linhui, associate professor of the Department of international economics,School of Economics, Zhejiang University, summarized the experience of publishing papers in American economic journal, applied economics and other international first-class journals for many years, shared the methods of selecting topics through theoretical expansion, data analysis and current events observation, and explained the paper structure and writing style of international journals. Professor Liao Hongwei of China State owned economy research center of Jilin University introduced the characteristics of a good paper topic selection, combined with the results of the paper, around the research idea, data acquisition, empirical model, manuscript review process, review response.

Expert representatives answered questions about the review cycle, review process and decision-making principles.
